And yes, i read ‘resolution fix’ but i don’t even have folder ‘The Sims 2 Mansion and Garden Stuff’. And also my main folder for some reason is not named ‘Sims 2 Ultimate Collection’ but just ‘The sims 2’. No matter where i download from i always have the same problem
Hey I have a problem. when i enter the world it almost immediately kicks me out of the game. What to do with this?
I downloaded the Game and did everything like the ”how to play on windows” said. Yet whenever I try to start the game within the second the Game Intro loads in, it crashes right away. Anything I can do or change? Please help

Hey so I installed it. The game starts right away but it is constantly in a black screen with just the cursor visible. Also I can tell by the music it is playing the intro video despite it seemingly not supposed to.
Looking into the TSBin file there doesn’t seem to be the config file that the resolution instructions indicate.
NVM, I’m dumb. It’s supposed to be ‘TSData’ not ‘TSBin’

The game works great, but I cannot find the TSData folder (or indeed the expansion pack folders themselves). Nothing in my C drive, and ofc the folder in my docs is for the saved data only. Can anyone help me, please? Thanks so much
Replying because I cannot believe I typed this question out and then immediately found the answer. The files that I expected (all the expansion packs) were in “Program Files (x86) > Mr Dj > Sims 2 Ultimate Collection” 🙂 So they existed all along!
To anyone having problems, just download Graphic Rules Maker and install it. It made the crashing go away, the black square down the sims (i couldnt change the shadows via the config interface), and upped the resolution to my screen. Hiope it helps!
Si if I have the disc for IKEA pack can i installed to add that expansion?

hello, do you have winrar or isopower? if not, do download it and install the winrar/isopower to help extract the files-
it should download as a zip file, what did it tell you the file was?
The same thing happened and it shows as if it were a imagine.
The same thing happened to me and it didnt tell me what the file was, it showed as if it was a image this isnt my first time doing this and ive never ran into this problem.

it works, because windows 8 can adapt at windows XP games, if you have problem.. please use google to find the answer
Hello! I’m having issues with Teen and Adult sims as they can’t sleep on any bed. Only the relax option is available and only kids and elders can sleep on beds. Is there a fix for this?

Not advertising, just wanting to help you cuz I have no idea what’s going on.
I run as admin like I should, but it’s only opening to one of the DLC packs (garden and mansion). I cannot access the rest of the packs.
I have the same issue
they can be accessed in the game files, choose the dlc u want and run it. I think itll still have the same save files
I try that and it says I need the CD. I see no mention in the directions of a No-CD crack being needed for this.
