I recall downloading this just fine on Windows 10, but now on Windows 11, I get this error every time I try to install it: “Archive corrupted! Unarc.dll returned an error code: -7. ERROR: archive data corrupted (decompression fails)”. Help?

I was trying to fix the resolution of the game to fit my monitor, i did what the file told me and went to the graphics file in the sims 2 garden and mansion pack. I changed the resolution like it said and then tried to save it. it said i could not because i was not the administrator so i tried to open the file as the administrator and it wont let me no matter what i try. Does anyone know how to help me…?I even tried moving a replacement file into the game folder and just broke the game i had to reinstall it

My game keeps crashing out of nowhere. I play for about 15-20 minutes and then it crashes with no error code. It says it stopped working. Anyone know how to fix this?
You should make sure to run the game in compatability mode, you can right click on the game and change it in properties. That might just do it

Had the same issue when i tried to extract it to Downloads instead of Desktop, so follow the instructions perfectly. Once i extracted it to desktop, it worked
