Any idea on how to get pass the error of Mansion and Garden Stuff? It says “Failed to find any DirectX 9.0c compatible graphics adapters…”

everytime i load it i don’t have any neighbourhoods, the only option there is to create a custom neighbourhood. i went on another forum and tried moving my sims 2 file to my desktop but it didn’t work, does anyone know how to fix this?
when i’m trying to install it, i’m getting a popup that says “an error occured while unpcking; unble to write data to disk1 Unarc.dll returne an error code: -11 Error:file write operation failed.” Can anyone help me with this?

Set those default resolutions in every slot to 1920×1080 and if it starts to argue with you when trying to save the changes, you must choose that “Graphic Rules” -file and click “Properties” > Security and add “Full control” for ever group (just in case) then apply and ok and try to save it again, it should work.
It still doesn’t let me save the file. What do you mean by “for every group”? Tried all possibilities but still denies changes.

i can’t change resolution in files bc system says ,,you don’t have permission to open this file” help?
you have to move the Graphics Rules sgr to your desktop, change it, then move it back 🙂
