When I started the game, the display was REALLY streched out and the UI (the bottom dispaly that shows your sim’s profile, needs, personality, etc) was ENORMOUS. How do I make the image more proportionate? Is it a resolution thing? If so, the game resolution is at 800 x 600 and my monitor is 1080p

When I try to astart the game it changes my desktop resolution to really zoomed in and doesn’t start, it says not responding in task manager, anyone else have this issue?
me… Cannot get it to work.
The game runs perfect, but when I knock on next door and visit my neighbours in apartments all the furniture and sims are solid black, I am able to control and use the items but they are all just black. I looked everywhere in google but no one seems to have this problem, please help..
It could be the shadows try setting it to low and possibly running the program in admin
I downloaded but didn’t get a folder i got a file instead im not sure what i did wrong
if it’s the .rar file you have to extract it, then you’ll get your folders
I followed the steps, but I ended up with the Sims body shop instead. Any ideas how to remedy this??

Yeah, it’s actually working, I was pretty shocked when I booted it up for the first time but this is 100% legitimate and it’s the real game!

thats normal for the download, you should have sims body shop and the game

Thank you!! But the only problem i have is that when she says you need to open the ‘fun with pets’ folder, I don’t have one! Did you have this problem too or is my sims 2 broken?
Are you going to the correct folder? It’s possible you are mistaking it.
I seen that too tried with just the sims 2 graphics file, you need to go to garden and mansion stuff and edit that file it worked for me. 🙂
