Game Description
The Sims (also known as The Sims 1 or The Sims Classic) is a life-simulation video game developed by Maxis and published by Electronic Arts on February 4, 2000 for Windows, and July 25, 2000 for Mac OS X. The game only has a single-player mode. There is no goal defined in The Sims,and players must develop their characters as they go through different life stages. Characters which the player controls can interact with other in-game characters, develop relationships (both negative and positive) and can even start families together. Characters can also be assigned certain tasks to develop life skills, which enables them to progress in their careers and increase their salaries.

Hi. I would like to ask, why is it when my internet was disconnect, this game turn to no sounds, lag, and cant save the games. So it start keep over and over again. Everything that i build.Dissappear just like that. The cursor keep missing too.. makes me to shut this game immediately. Make me so sad. Please help me to figure out this thing.
Stuck on step number 6. Trying to paste the sims.exe into the file location but it says there’s no more space.

I cannot save the game onc i build a new house and if i create a new family the caracther does not exist..is thst normal??
and also second time i run the game no sounds and no cursor in the various menus..

Why can’t I hear voices?
When I open setup.exe, there is no install button, there is only a play button. Why does it think it’s already installed when it’s not?!

Have you replaced the Sims.exe in C:Program Files (x86)MaxisThe Sims with the sims.exe from the NoCD file in the original download folder?
Everything seemed to work and installed, until I clicked on the Play SIMS buttom from the launch.. nothing happens. 🙁 Please help. I miss this game so much

Have you tried going to C:Program Files (x86)MaxisThe Sims and paste the Sims.exe from the NoCD file from the original file downloaded,

There is no NoCd Folder or anything with work Serial, I did tried to search it within the files but to no avail, plase help
