I successfully installed the game through the instructions but I can’t edit the shadow in the settings. It’s completely blocked off and uneditable. Anyone know how I can fix it?

hi, so i want to do what you recommand, namely download the other base game, but i wonder where i can download the other expansion packs. Do i click on the ultimate collection download and then just download the expansion packs of my choosing or do i have to donwload the expansion packs from somewher else? When someone else asked why he couldn’t buy a car for his sims, you told him he hadt to dowload the night expansion pack. So what do i have to do?
Every expansion packs introduce new feature. For example, in Nightlife you will got a cars. In apartment life you can live in apartment, etc.
Basically, after succeded installing the base game from my tutorial, then you will be able to install any expansion that you want.

Whenever I click on setup.exe, it asks if I want the program to make changes to my computer. What happens if I say yes? Will it corrupt my computer or give me a virus?

Hello, I’m not able to change the language. When run “regedit” there is no EA Games folder here in Local Machine. How can I fix it?

I opened the game and it freezes on the loading screen then it says that the game crashed or something.

i downloaded and used wineskin wrappers to port it to mac but im encountering an error saying “cannot locate DVD-ROM”, any clue what to do here?

No, it’s hosted as a .rar, you just need a specific program to extract it, like WinRAR. Don’t worry about buying a WinRAR subscription if it asks you to, though, you’ll still have full access to the program once the ‘trial’ period is over, you’ll just get a message popping up every time you open it to tell you to buy a subscription, but it’ll still let you use it.
It is fine. To extract it, just use winrar.
U maybe wondering why the file has .rar format, not .zip. That is normal.
