I got the game loaded and all it is doing is showing the loading screens for the expansions over and over, did I do something wrong with the install?
Any hints for how to make this windowed mode? Wanting to stream and having issues getting it set up.
Hey does anyone know how to fully Uninstall the program? Something got messed up with my original install on my C drive, so in an attempt to make it work I removed everything I could and put the extracted files from the rar on my desktop again and installed onto a different drive, and it works fine, but I’m worried there may be some leftover registry files etc that might cause some issues. TIA! 😀
I was able to uninstall using the uninstall in the maxis folder the install creates.
Search up ‘Uninstall The Sims’
I’ve placed the game in my shortcuts and done everything as instructed even the Compatibility. All that happens when I click on the icon is the option to Run as Administrator, I click yes but then nothing happens. Idk what else to do, i’ve followed the instructions exactly.

When I try to open the sims creator it asks me to insert the DVD-ROM to play, does anybody know how to fix this?

Go to Game Files then Setup and then click Setup.exe
ive done that, still doesnt work
Don’t open The Sims Creator, try opening The Sims 1024×768 or The Sims 800×600 as an administrator

When I try to add the crack file to the sims directory there is no replace option and the setup.exe asks me if I want to uninstall instead. Haven’t found a way to get any other result yet. Anyone can help?
Have you tried deleting the original file and then cutting/pasting the new one to replace it?
