The base game is on here and that one worked for me! I’m going to just try to load some of the packs I want separately. I tried several things to get this one to work and finally gave up. It keep crashing at the intro.

Out of curiosity, what does the running as administrator do? Like, what’s the difference?
In very simple terms: when you run a program “normally”, there are some restrictions on what the program can do. They are there to protect you from malicious software – even if you run such software, it won’t be able to do much damage. When you run a program in “Administrator mode”, you literally tell your operating system: “I know this program, I trust it, do whatever this program tells you to do”.
Now it’s up to you whether you trust a program downloaded from a random website on the internet enough to run it in administrator mode. For me, that’s a little bit risky though.
