These are standard with Windows 98 but are not part of Windows 95. Therefore, If you are using Windows 95 and do not have these componants installed you should install DirectX and DirectX Media before installing Rally Championship. DirectX is included in the CD-ROM. To install DirectX 6.1 run the file "dxsetup.bat" and to install DirectX Media 6.0 run the file "dxmedia.bat". After installing DirectX Media 6.0 you should install the DirectX6.1 DXMedia patch by running the file "dxpatch.bat". These files are located within the "directx" directory. INSTALLATION ------------ The game will autorun the setup program if this feature is enabled on your system, otherwise run the "ral.exe" program. Follow the on-screen prompts. The CD-ROM is required to be in the CD-ROM drive when starting the game.
