Future Products? ---------------- For the latest information on other products from Sunstorm Interactive Inc., please visit our web page at http://www.sunstorm.net Troubleshooting notes on Paintball ---------------------------------- 1. You must have a DirectX compatible Sound and Video Card for Paintball to operate properly. The latest version of DirectX is included on the install CD for your convenience. 2. Paintball is also a LARGE game so we recommend a computer system with at least 32 MB of RAM. Of course, the more memory the better! 3. If you are experiencing display problem, problems with the graphics palette, cursor problems or other performance issues, we strongly recommend that you run Paintball in FULL SCREEN mode. This can be set from the Paintball 'Video Settings' screen. 4. If Paintball is running very sluggish it could be because you don't have enough free space on the hard drive. Try creating additional space if you have less than 50 megabytes of free space on your hard drive. 5. LAPTOPS - If you cannot run Paintball on your laptop computer, you should check to insure that you are running the game in Windowed mode. This can be set from the Paintball 'Video Settings' screen. 7. If the game fails to run on your system it could be because you don't have DirectX compatible drivers. Run the DirectX diagnostic (Dxdiag.exe in your "C:\Program Files\DirectX\Setup" directory.) and make sure you have certified drivers. 8.
